The Good Old Days...

It has almost been a month since the Little German House shut its doors...

Sadly, it didn't last very long, but it was an unforgettable year! I hope that the new residents of this great house will appreciate their new home, especially the bug-free environment, the open space, the big rooms and the three bathrooms! Franklin, Poquito, Nueces, Hampton and one street in South Austin (which name I don't know) have one thing in common now: great people living in them!

Rethinking the Meat-Guzzler

if we use those light bulbs...we can eat more meat!!

"2.2 pounds of beef is responsible for the equivalent amount of carbon dioxide emitted by the average European car every 155 miles, and burns enough energy to light a 100-watt bulb for nearly 20 days."

strange noises

It seems there is some creature living under our roof in the AC vents...and it is not paying rent. Should we call Steve...or take justice in our own hands...?
